HOTEL POLICY

Below you will find some advice and a few small rules to follow in case you decide to spend your holidays in our facility, rules that may vary based on regional or national regulations.

If you confirm the reservation by clicking the book now button, our facility will consider it confirmed in every respect only and exclusively when we receive the amount of the deposit. After 48 hours, if we have not received the deposit, the reservation will be canceled

• CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT : Rooms will be delivered at 4:00 PM on the SUNDAY of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the Sunday of departure. Start stay WITH DINNER departure with BREAKFAST
  
• CHECK IN: Online check-in is mandatory before arrival at the facility. Once you arrive at the facility, only the head of the family will enter the reception for document verification and key delivery and possible consumption card recharge
• FULL BOARD: Type SERVED BUFFET
• BEACH: 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds per room with assigned spot. The assignment will be based on the reservation date. UMBRELLAS AND SUNBEDS ARE AVAILABLE FROM THE 5TH ROW ONWARDS.
• SWIMMING POOL: Pool hours from 9:30 AM TO 7:00 PM
• ANIMATION: Activities for adults and children, ours is a pleasant and soft animation
• MINI CLUB: At set times from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM and from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM plus evening activities.
• PETS: Only small pets are allowed upon request and notification at the time of booking. however, they are not allowed in common areas (beach, restaurant, pool....etc) and cannot be left free but must always be on a leash.
• ASSIGNMENT OF ACCOMMODATIONS: It is entirely random, any preferences will be taken into consideration but will NEVER be guaranteed.
• DEPOSIT RECEIPT: A tax receipt will be issued. If you require an invoice, please provide the details.
• FINAL PAYMENT: The final payment must be made upon arrival at the village. Credit cards accepted except American Express
• CANCELLATION POLICIES: In case of cancellation of a reservation up to 20 days before arrival. A voucher of the value of the deposit paid valid for 2 years will be issued. BEYOND 20 days loss OF THE DEPOSIT AMOUNT. In case of early departure, a voucher will be issued for the remaining amount.
• ROOM AVAILABILITY: It is also noted that at 12:00 AM on the day of the expected arrival, if no notification has been received regarding the delay, the Management will freely dispose of the booked accommodation.
• CHILDREN: Under 3 years are free staying in existing beds and are not counted for meals, POSSIBILITY to use our bottle service where you will find vegetable purees, tomato purees, and small pasta. Upon request, meal package € 175 per week with children's menu served at the table. They stay in the bed with their parents. Crib or cot upon request with a supplement of € 80 per week
• VISITORS: Visits by non-residents are not allowed inside the facility.
• TOURIST TAX: Equal to € 2.50 per day per person in all periods from 14 to 99 years (under 14 years are exempt) to be paid on site.
